Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Sahabi (sahabiai.com), provided by Tamkeen Tech LLC (Commercial Registration 1666437), Salalah, Sultanate of Oman. By creating an account or using Sahabi you agree to them. If you use Sahabi for a company, you agree to them for that company. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe and don't share them.
- The company owner decides who has access and what each person's role allows.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone used it without permission.
3. Your company's data
- Your company's data belongs to your company. We use it only to provide Sahabi, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The company owner can download the company's data at any time.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you put in Sahabi (for example about employees and customers) and for its accuracy, including your tax and accounting records.
4. Plans and payments
- Some features need a paid plan or add-on, such as extra users, branches or storage. Prices and any taxes are shown in Sahabi before you pay.
- Card payments are processed by Amwal Pay.
- A paid plan or add-on lasts for the period you paid for. If a payment isn't made, paid features may stop until it is. Refunds follow the terms shown when you buy and the law that applies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Sahabi to break the law or anyone's rights; don't try to reach another company's data or get around security or limits; don't upload harmful software or send spam; and don't overload or disrupt the service.
6. AI features
Sahabi's AI features, such as Smart Mode, summaries and document reading, can be wrong. Check the results before relying on them. Sahabi's assistant prepares drafts: you decide what to save, send or pay. Your company's administrator can turn AI features off.
7. Other services
Some features work with services from other companies, such as Google Meet and Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and Amwal Pay. Your use of those services follows their own terms. Connecting a Google Account is optional.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sahabi available and your data backed up, but we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve or change features over time.
9. Suspension and closing
You can stop using Sahabi at any time; download your data before closing your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid, giving notice when we reasonably can.
10. Liability
Sahabi is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid us for Sahabi in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in Sahabi about important changes. Continuing to use Sahabi after a change means you accept it.
